Quality is not a final inspection step. It starts with incoming material checks and continues through first-piece approval, in-process inspection, electrical testing and final packing.
Our in-house lab uses continuity, resistance, hipot and pull-force equipment to verify every batch. Assemblies are tested against the drawing, and results are recorded for traceability.
